What to do:

  • Determine training needs on at the individual and team level.
  • Identify weak points in the activities of employees (performance gaps), determine learning objectives.
  • Participate in the development of the strategy and plans of the training department.

  • Develop interesting and useful educational products (training concepts and scenarios, presentations, articles, infographics, visual and interactive elements, videos, practical tasks, conduct master classes, workshops, facilitation sessions, etc.).
  • li>Establish and maintain long-term relationships with subject matter experts in order to create quality educational content.
  • Manage projects throughout the entire cycle: from research and project planning, to design, development and product launch.

  • Determine optimal strategies (channels, formats) for the promotion of educational content in order to ensure maximum value.
  • Constantly analyze educational initiatives regarding their feasibility and effectiveness from the point of view of business and educational experience (learning experience) participants.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve educational solutions to optimize them.
  • Analyze trends in the field of training and staff development, as well as implement best practices in their activities.
  • What is needed for this:

    • 2+ years of experience in the development and implementation of educational programs aimed at the development of management competencies (strategy development, planning, recruitment, motivation and development of personnel, delegation, team management, leadership, project management, change management, innovation management, decision-making, management of operational activities, modeling of business processes, etc.).
    • Ability to conduct training activities online and offline (live) equally well.
    • Well-developed interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work on several projects at the same time and execute the plan on time.
    • Ability to work independently, proactivity and persistence in achieving goals.

       

    Will be an advantage:

    • Diploma in the field of management (master's degree), pedagogy and related subject areas.
    • Management experience or experience in the field of consulting.
    • Knowledge of theories of adult education (andragogy) .
    • Certifications related to educational content development, project management.
    • Digital competence and use of software for creating presentations, graphic design images, video creation and editing, work experience with electronic learning systems (LMS), etc.
    • English language: proficiency level Intermediate, B2.
    • Stavcommitment to the profession of a business coach as a life vocation, the desire to learn and improve, self-confidence and readiness to take on new and complex projects.

    About team:

    Currently the L&D team includes 3 people, but we are still looking for two. 
    This team includes the Head of L&D, L&D Specialist and a person who deals with the visual component of the training. Most of the communication will be with the Head of L&D.
