Experience in stubborn sales of field support will be an advantage. Skill in developing trainings, adapting existing programs to the needs of the Company. Willingness and opportunity for business trips around Ukraine. Communication skills, oratorical skills. High level of mastery of office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Our expectations: The candidate must have natural energy, be aware of trends, have a socially active position. The main tasks at hand: Development of trainings, adaptation of existing programs to the needs of the Company. Development of methodical training materials. Selection of optimal methods and training tools (trainings, field support, seminars, webinars) Conducting trainings, coaching sessions , a master class for employees of various levels in an offline format. Organization and conduct of evaluation and certification of employees of the sales department. Training of personnel throughout the territory of Ukraine. Formation and development of personnel reserve.
