Requirements: Experience in developing and conducting sales training (auditory and field). Experience in developing and conducting sales team management training ( for supervisors and non-profit organizations). Ability to create educational methodical material (workbooks, presentations, etc.). Experience with distance learning systems: administration, creation of interactive courses. Basic skills in editing video materials. Highly developed communication skills and skills, high level of organization, ability to systematize own activities, a creative approach to creating training events, the ability to work in a team, honesty and dedication to work. Main duties: Development and conduct of field trainings for sales representatives, supervisors, sales managers. Development and conduct of classroom trainings separately for sales teams, supervisors, NTOs, KAMs, employees of non-trade areas of "Ascania FMCG". Development and holding of regular webinars for the sales team. Assessment of the level of professional training of personnel, design of measures for the development of necessary competencies. Creation of video materials from the conducted training. Creation of educational materials for placement in the corporate system distance learning: interactive courses, presentations, videos, review development articles, etc. Development and conducting of trainings within global tasks at the level of the entire holding (as part of a team of business trainers).
