We are looking for a responsible Field trainerfor of our company.

What we expect from our candidate:

• Higher education;
• confident user of Microsoft Office;
• experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• knowledge and skills in the field of negotiations, sales;
• experience in conducting trainings;
• knowledge of techniques and methods of field and classroom training;
• activity, responsibility, decency, purposefulness in achieving the goal and the search for non-standard ideas, working for a result in a team, the desire for career growth and development.

Your field of responsibility:

• Determination of personnel training needs at the individual and team level;
• Preparation and adaptation of training programs taking into account company goals and employee needs;
• Creation and approval of training schedules;
• Development and implementation of team testing;
• Preparation of training tools;
• Conducting field, classroom and distance training of personnel;

• Collection and analysis of feedback from managers;
• Analysis of training effectiveness based on the results obtained.
