The company LUXOPTIKA, the national leader of the optical market, a member of the international group of companies EssilorLuxottica:

• the largest network of opticians in Ukraine; 
• import and distribution of original products of famous brands (Ray-Ban, Emporio Armani, Dolce&Gabbana, Versace, Polaroid, Guess, Nikon, Kodak),
• own production of optical lenses

We are looking for a Trainer for the training and development team

The main task of the position: development and implementation of training events for different categories of personnel

Functional:

• Conducting offline and online trainings in various areas (products, brands, sales techniques, management competencies, etc.)
• Participation in the creation of training programs
• Participation in department projects training: development of a mentoring system, personnel reserve, school of point of sale managers, development of a distance learning system, etc.
• Conducting interviews to assess sales skills of potential candidates for the company's retail network
• Conducting exams based on the results of the trial period with employees of the retail network (in terms of assessing sales skills).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working as a corporate trainer from 2 years (retail or service company will be an advantage)
• Experience in developing training materials
• Higher education, additional training in the field of business coaching and corporate training ( will be an advantage)
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• Knowledge of English at the intermediate level (will be an advantage)
• Willingness to immerse yourself in the world of optical products (lenses, frames, glasses )
