Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Development and implementation of educational programs for various divisions of the company;
• Conducting trainings and exercises on issues of products, sales, communication and personnel management;
• Creation and implementation of individual development programs; 
monuments, information booklets, multimedia presentations, etc.);
• Development and implementation of the employee evaluation system;
• Maintenance of documentation and reporting on personnel training and evaluation issues;
• Participation in HR projects.

To successfully solve tasks, you will need:

• Professional higher education;
• Experience of working as a business trainer - from 2 years (advantage - work experience in pharmaceutical companies);
• Practical experience in the development and implementation of programs for training and development of personnel;
• Readiness for business trips;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a high level is mandatory; English is welcome;
• Stress resistance, flexibility, initiative, charisma;
• PC skills (confident user);
• Possession of a driver's license and driving experience from 3 years.
