We are looking for a business trainer who will develop the expertise of our  Customer care department thanks to his experience, knowledge and new features in training.

What will need to be done:
 

• Conduct training according to programs that already exist, adapt them;
• Develop new training programs. Topics that are a priority for us: Soft skills, sales, service, training for managers. There is something else - suggest;
• Development of methodical materials (presentations, checklists, standards, reminders, scripts, etc.);
• Support of the distance learning system, creation of courses and tests on platform;
• Develop, coordinate and organize regular, targeted testing of employees to assess knowledge. Depending on the evaluation results, conduct additional training;
• Develop and implement training material: modules, exercises, games and other tools in accordance with the goals, strategy and business priorities of the company.
