What will you do:

• Train and adapt trainees (online and offline)
• materials and improve training program
• Conduct certifications and exams
• Analyze employee performance
• Identify training and development needs
• Form and control training budget
• Work with CRM and metrics analytics
• Give constructive feedback and help employees grow in the results

We expect that you:

• Have experience in staff training from 1-2 years
• Able to motivate and engage the audience
• Give clear, structured material
• You speak Ukrainian and Russian at the C1 level
• You work with CRM, Word, Excel
• You have analytical thinking
• You know how to focus on the result, not on the process
• Organized

Working conditions:

• Work in a comfortable office
• Schedule Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00
