Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis of the level of knowledge and competencies of sellers;
• Development and implementation of programs, product training, skills;
• Conducting skill and product trainings;
• Support of the distance learning system + webinars, video courses, tests etc.;
• Employee support in the work process
• Mentoring, development of mentoring programs
• Discussion of current work issues, search for optimal solutions
• Reporting and evaluation of the effectiveness of employee training programs, development programs;
• Evaluation personnel.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience of working as an internal trainer and in a similar position from 2 years;
• Experience in developing and conducting training programs (management skills development, mentoring, sales) and professional testing;
• A confident user PC and office equipment.
