We expect from the candidate:

• Experience as a business trainer (from 2 years).
• Experience in developing and conducting group training events (trainings/seminars/master classes) with the aim of increasing the professional level and developing managerial competencies of managers/administrators/field trainers.
• Ability to professionally determine the professional level of staff/ improve it if necessary.
• Professional higher education (additional professional education will be an advantage).
• Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian language.

The position requires:< /p>

• Conduct trainings/master classes/workshops, etc. events for middle management (store managers/administrators/field trainers/etc.)
• Work on the development/filling/updating of training material.
• Participate in adaptation programs.< /li>
• Be able to organize training events with the participation of training companies.
