• Knowledge of adult training methods and the ability to work with a group
• Oratory skills, developed analytical skills, stress resistance, diplomacy

In our team you will:

• Plan work and training events in accordance with the tasks and responsibilities
• Develop training materials: trainings, mini-trainings, seminars, webinars, master classes

• Organize and conduct training events for line personnel and entry-level managers according to the schedule and requests
• Conduct mini-training sessions in the store network
• Maintain a database of trained company employees and generate reports
• Participate in the projects of adjacent units
