Responsibilities:

• Area of ​​responsibility exclusively in training Сall center and Collection;
< li>Conduct training based on existing programs, adapt them for the All center and Collection units;
• Develop new training programs. Topics that are a priority for us: Soft skills, sales, training for trainers, Master classes in the direction of working with clients;
• Development of methodical materials (presentations, checklists, standards, reminders, scripts, etc. );
• Develop, coordinate and organize regular, targeted testing of employees with the aim of assessing knowledge. Depending on the evaluation results, conduct additional training;
• Develop and implement educational material: modules, exercises, games and other tools in accordance with the company's goals, strategy and business priorities.
• Work using LMS to create dialogue simulators;
• Budgeting of training and control costs.
