Business coach in Hop Hey

HopHey, a national retail chain of draft beer stores, a leader in its segment, is opening a vacancy for a Business Coach.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting webinars and trainings;
• Development of educational programs;
• Creation of educational materials (electronic courses, presentations, tests, reminders, etc.);
• Reporting. Regarding the work performed;
• Evaluation of salespeople's work according to work standards and their training based on the received evaluation.

Requirements:

• Skills for conducting online webinars and classroom trainings;
• The ability to develop an educational event — the theoretical part (training or webinar content) and materials for holding a presentation event, activity;
• Ability to work in PowerPoint. It is desirable (but not necessary) to know the basic functions of such programs as Photoshop and illustrator (perhaps other programs, such as Figma or the Canva website);
• Basic skills of working with Excel.
