Requirements

Necessary knowledge and experience:

  • Work experience in the banking sector or in the field of financial customer service from 1 year
  • Knowledge of banking products, procedures and service standards, understanding of banking business processes
  • Fluency in the state business language
  • < li> Good computer skills, knowledge of the latest applied office programs
  • Higher education

Skills:

    < li> Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate
  • High responsibility, attention to details
  • Orientation to achieve goals
  • Analytical skills

Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional and friendly service to clients of the business banking segment (individual entrepreneurs and legal entities)
  • Support relations with existing clients and involvement in the service of new ones
  • Active sale of banking products, identification of client needs and recommendation of appropriate solutions
  • Attracting/selling products to clients of the business banking segment: unsecured loans, overdrafts, credit cards, deposit products, insurance products, acquiring, salary projects
  • Provision of banking services for clients of corporate business
  • Opening, closing and maintenance of accounts of private bank clients - credit cards, cash loans, deposit , insurance products and other financial products of the bank
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through quality consultations, prompt resolution of issues or difficult situations, continuous improvement of processes
