Business Associate (finance switchers) in SKELAR

We are currently scaling one of our infrastructure teams, Finance. So we are looking for < strong>Business Associate.

A little more about the Finance team: this is the team behind the scenes of every successful unicorn. We provide turnkey solutions for all financial issues for businesses of any complexity and manage relationships with stakeholders from different countries to bring your payment processes to a qualitatively new level. And now, for more efficient work, we are automating our processes with the help of world-class systems / services: Microsoft Dynamis Business Central, Salesforce and Tableau.

Also, we are developing our own Payment module to automate our unique payment processes.

p>All projects are at different stages, so this is a great opportunity to gain experience at every stage of a system's "life" - from development to system launch.

Challenges waiting for this role:
—Communication with Salesforce users to provide quality technical support to our product teams;
—Participation in the development and launch of the Payment module to optimize payment processes;
—Participation in the implementation of MS Dynamics Business Central in accounting and reporting processes;
—Communication with other departments to ensure the appropriate level of automation of all processes necessary for the smooth growth of the business of portfolio companies.

What is important to us:
— Proactive candidates with experience in system outsourcing companies or product IT companies;
— Have structured thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make business conclusions based on data;
— Experience with ERP or CRM systems and an understanding of the general architecture of similar products will be a plus;
- Ability to visit the office in a smart hybrid format in Kyiv;
- High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
