Business assistant, project manager, lead generator (UpWork), marketer in Ubermensch Agency

My name is Bohdan, I am a serial entrepreneur and the founder of the marketing agency Ubermensch. We are a young agency, but due to the fact that I have been pouring traffic from Google Ads in large volumes to my online stores for 5 years, we work with well-known Ukrainian companies and achieve results for our clients many times better than other agencies. 

I am determined to aggressively develop the agency and my Google Ads training. In order to set a new level of quality in the provision of Google Ads services!!!

Regarding the assistant, I am only interested in long-term cooperation, because I consider that in the future you can take a C-level position in one of my businesses or become a full-fledged business partner!

I am looking for a person who must:

• Has experience in marketing and knows what Google Ads is, at least at a basic level; — (important!)
• Has at least minimal experience in project management; 
• Has at least minimal experience in lead generation and sales;
• Knows English at B1+ level; 
• Has a quick mind that is able to absorb new information like a sponge;
• Can find a common language with any person, and also cannot tolerate irresponsible and undisciplined people!

At this position:

You will master several professions at the same time in a short period of time (project manager, marketer, lead generator, sales manager) and in the future you can become the head of a certain department or company. Because you will get access to information that is not disclosed in universities and other companies...

Also note that:

You in a short period time - you will have to pass through a large flow of information and work in the mode of multitasking and obscurity. Most likely overtime. You will have to learn a lot of new information and undergo some training that we will buy or provide for you. You will also communicate with a large number of people and you will have to ask how every word of the manager is a sponge.

Working conditions

• Rate 500 Euro + bonuses for CRI 200-500-800 Euro;
• Working schedule Mon-Fri: flexible, irregular, free (6-11 hours a day) ,
• Saturday-Sunday is a weekend so that you have time to recover;
• Payment of salary - every Saturday or 2 times a month;
