Entrepreneur, who is actively developing, in connection with the expansion of the scale of activity, needs a permanent employee for the position of business assistant.


Our company creates and implements turnkey customer attraction systems for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. Namely: we analyze the markets, competitors, conduct an audit of the company. We develop marketing strategies and implement them.  We create online resources and advertising that bring a flow of customers to our clients' businesses. We implement CRM systems and organize the work of sales departments. We develop new products. We launch projects from zero to net profit.

Among our clients are large construction companies, car dealers, training centers, manufacturers and many others, wholesale and retail companies.

We are looking for a person who has an inquisitive and quick mind, is able to find a common language with any person, and also does not tolerate irresponsible and undisciplined people. A love for diving into complex, new topics is a must!

In this positionwe will practically teach you to understand business processes, analyze, create and run them. We will teach all business components from marketing to finance and hiring. We will show you tricks that are not taught at universities or at trainings, we will go through 2-3 full cycles "hand in hand" so that in 3-4 months you will be able to lead projects yourself.

You will have to pass through a gigantic amount of information, work in a mode of crazy multitasking and uncertainty, most likely overtime, read a lot of literature, watch kilometers of videos, communicate with a huge number of people and soak up every word of the manager like a sponge. -Has high organizational skills and strategic thinking
