We are looking for a talented and motivated Client Care Manager to join the business development practice team in Kyiv. Main duties: 1. Market research: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the legal industry; Analysis of competitors and new business opportunities with the generation of ideas for business development; Monitoring of industry regulations and events that may affect the activities of the firm or potential clients and their strategic development.2. Customer research: Conducting research on current and potential customers to generate a business development strategy; Analyzing customer feedback and market trends in order to provide recommendations for improving customer service and customer engagement strategies. 3. Project management: Coordination and management of projects from start to finish (correspondence, invoicing, budget control); Establishing communication within projects, managing project deadlines and coordinating resources to ensure smooth project execution; Monitoring project progress. 4. Reporting and analysis: Preparation and presentation of reports on the results of market research, customer analysis and project development for the manager; Use of data analysis tools. 5. Administrative support: Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating the travel of the manager(s); Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and mail; Coordinating interaction between managers, employees, clients and other external partners (contractors); Preparation, organization and managing document flow (including reports, presentation and business correspondence), ensuring confidentiality and easy access to documents; Assisting in organizing events, preparing presentation materials and coordinating administrative team and executive meetings. Essential requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer relations/development business;Language: English (strong B2 both written and spoken), another foreign language will be an advantage;Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills;Self-organization, attention to details and deadlines;Project management skills for effective project management will be an advantage.
