Due to active scaling, we are looking for a Business assistant who will work with the CEO's personal and business assignments. It is important for us that you are ready to work in Kyiv and travel to Odesa if necessary.

What tasks will you do:

• You will monitor all business (IT) events and make it so that our manager can participation in them;
• You will create high-quality personal leisure (you will find interesting activities, organize visits, monitor);
• You will monitor SEO time management and optimize it;
• You will work with a large amount of information, conduct in-depth research and analysis of necessary topics of various nature;
• You will organize business meetings\trips\events;
• You will provide support to the CEO in everyday matters;
• You will follow the birthdays of friends and top managers of the company, choose gifts and organize delivery;
• You will carry out the business tasks of the CEO.

Plus, if you:

• Know English at the intermediate+ level.

In turn, we guarantee you a decent salary, above the market value from the first month of work! Also, according to the growth of your skills and value to the manager, your salary will be reviewed and increased from the 3rd month of cooperation!

You will study business intelligence, management. The CEO of the company conducts internal trainings for training the company's TOP staff, thanks to which you will learn new information and chips. By applying them, you will improve the quality of your life, which will help you solve work and personal issues! If you wish, you can take training in project management, recruiting, HR, marketing and push yourself to the maximum in our company! Also, all 100% of former OP CEOs work as managers in our company and have their own team of cool specialists!

For example, the previous CEO assistant, Sofia, became a Product manager,and her predecessor Vadym worked and raised several new areas as a manager and now works as a manager of the investment area.
