• 2 years of work experience in a similar position; 

• Ability to cope with a large volume of tasks; 

• Experience with AI and CRM systems;

Will be a plus: 

• Experience in the IT field.

Your main tasks will be:

• Daily morning meetings with the CEO at 9:00 (up to 30 minutes);

• Communication with customers through the CRM system (correspondence);

• Creation of technical tasks for the designer (for example, the arrangement of chairs in halls); 

• Control of adaptation of new employees in Sintegrum;

• Information research/research and report preparation;

• Maintenance of the manager's calendar, control and organization of meetings;

• Monitoring the performance of the manager's tasks;

• Participation in management meetings; 

• Execution of the manager's personal orders (10% of the total volume of work).

We expect the following results:

1st month: fully understanding the TiBox platform and establishing communication with clients;

3rd month: independent initiative to optimize the work of the CEO, managing certain blocks of tasks without the intervention of the manager, complete understanding of all business processes.
