Business Architect (ERP) in Dataweb Global Group

The company Dataweb Global Group, a provider of infrastructure IT solutions, is looking for a specialist for the role of Business Architect (ERP), who, based on the analysis of the company's existing business processes, will be engaged in the selection, implementation and configuration of the ERP system. The company was founded in 2002 and provides complex solutions for IT infrastructure (Dedicated Servers, CDN, Collocation and Cloud Services solutions). Our clients are international high-volume projects: online cinemas, Ad/CPA networks, FinTech, SaaS and file sharing networks. We have 21 points of presence in the USA, Europe and Asia. Main responsibilities: - Analysis of the company's existing business processes and the formation of new ones - Collection and analysis of user requirements and business processes for the development of software and information systems - Cooperation with all stakeholders for ensuring the successful implementation of tasks and projects - Implementation and work with the ERP system - Development of technical tasks for developers and other project documentation, including requirements specifications, business process diagrams and others - Participation in functional testing of software for compliance with requirements and error detection - Work with MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, Data Validation, etc) Requirements: - Higher education in the field of business, finance, economics, information technology (technical will be an advantage) - Experience as a business/system analyst, in particular in large companies with complex business processes and business transformation for more than 5 years - Experience in setting up configurations and customizing any ERP systems (preferably - MS BC) - Experience in project and team management, ability to manage multitasking projects and achieve set goals - Knowledge of SDLC and experience in methodologies software development - Understanding the structure of relational databases, practical skills in working with API requests - Excellent communication skills and a high level of analytical skills, the ability to system thinking - Experience in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Power Point, Excel, Google Workplace )- Proficiency in English at least B1Would be an advantage- Experience in creating prototypes of user interfaces (UX/UI)- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or similarWe offer:- Competitive salary- Opportunity work from anywhere in Europe (we provide technical support and organize a workplace) - 25 working days for rest annually, as well as paid sick leave - Benefits: lunches, insurance, English language courses, corporate events and gifts.
