Main tasks:

• Development of the target business architecture of the enterprise and the development strategy of business applications taking into account the corporate strategy and business goals.
• Analysis and modeling of business processes, identification of key integration points between systems and processes, construction of data flow diagrams (Data Flow Diagrams, Data sequence diagrams).
• Building a model of interaction between large Enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, EAM, HR, Data Warehouse, MDM, GIS) at the business and system level.
• Participation in the formation of a road map for the implementation of IT solutions and management of architectural dependencies.
• Development of recommendations for the selection and integration of corporate platforms, tools and technologies.
• Definition of requirements for information flows, APIs, integration layers and data bus (ESB, Kafka, etc.).
• Collaboration with business customers, system analysts, IT architects and developers to coordinate architectural solutions.
• Collaboration with international partners and solution providers.
• Documentation of architectural artifacts (AS-IS, TO-BE, architectural principles, standards, models).
• Assurance compliance of the architecture with regulatory requirements, security standards and corporate policies.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in the field of IT (computer science, software engineering, information systems), business administration, economics.
• Experience in the implementation of information systems of the ERP, EAM, EPM, SCADA class from 3 years as a project program manager, solution architect or similar
• Experience of participation in large transformational projects (ERP implementation, integration of several platforms, digital transformation) from 3 years.
• Experience of working as a business architect, business analyst hand corporate architect (from 3-5 years).
• Deep understanding of the principles of Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
• Practical experience in the development and modeling of business processes (BPMN, UML).
• Experience of working with large corporate systems (ERP, CRM, EAM, HR, Data Warehouse, MDM, GIS).
• Knowledge of the principles of system integration (API Management, ESB, Kafka, REST/SOAP).
• Understanding data architecture, data management and integration scenarios.
• Skills in preparing architectural documentation and presenting solutions to management.
• High level of communication skills, ability to facilitate working sessions with various stakeholders.
• English at B2+ level (for working with international vendors and documentation).
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), Azure, Fabric, Apache Kafka, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, IBM Maximo
  PowerPlatform, IBM Planning Analytics, Aris.
