ABOUT THE TEAM

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.

Soft & Technical skills

• Technical skills: multiple platforms (Windows, Linux), SQL, SSIS, file transfers, network.
• Good Knowledge on Data extraction, data transformation and data load processes (SSIS packages development experience is helpful).
• Working experience in an agile context.
• Excellent analytical skills with effective and creative problems solving skills with the ability to identify issues and fix or identify the internal resources to assist.
• You are proficient in English.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Project management experience (ideally 3 years).
• Experience of installation and/or coordination of the installation of several business applications in a corporate context (including working with external vendors).
• Exposure to applications using different infrastructure landscapes and working with infrastructure teams to fulfill its requirements.

,[Understand and contribute to the Test Strategy and the Test Approach, challenging where required , Be able to understand Functional and Technical documentation (Requirements / Design) to create Test Scenarios/Test Cases (Manual and Automated) , Peer Review Test Scenarios/Test Cases and execute the Test Scenarios/Test Cases (Manual and Automated), Defect Management throughout the lifecycle, carrying out the required analysis and defect triage as required , Work collaboratively within the squad and with all squads throughout the Tribe, Be able to manage Stakeholder expectations and report progress on testing accurately , Accountable for the quality of test artefacts produced , Working in an Agile methodology, contributing to the required ceremonies and activities, ensuring the Sprint goals are met.
