What will you do?

  1. Analysis and development of business applications:
  • Collection of requirements (k-users and stake-holders) and their analysis.
  • Writing technical tasks and specifications.
  • Participation in testing and implementation of business applications and services.                      

2.     Support and optimization of existing applications:

  • Support of existing applications and services, performance monitoring.
  • Update of applications and services, detection and elimination of bugs.
  • Implementing updates and modifications.                                                            

3.     Cooperation with users:

  • Conducting training and educational sessions for users.
  • Providing advice and technical support.                                                      

4.     Documentation of processes and decisions:

  • Create and maintain documentation for users and technical specialists.
  • Logging of changes and updates.

What skills and qualities should you possess?

  1. Work experience:

  • Practical experience in the development, implementation and support of business applications.

2.     Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of basic technologies and platforms for developing business applications (for example, ERP systems, CRM systems).

  • Basic database skills (for example, Oracle,MySQL, MS SQL Server).

  • Knowledge of the basics of programming

3.     Analytical skills:

  • Ability to analyze business processes and develop appropriate solutions.

4.    Soft skills:

  • Communication and ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Orientation on the result and attention to details.

5.     Language skills:

  • Fluency in Ukrainian.

  • Knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient to read technical documentation and communicate with colleagues from other countries countries.

6.     Additional requirements:

  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Industry Knowledge knowledge of retail is a plus.

  • Business Process Analysis: experience in analyzing and displaying business processes, to identify inefficiencies and further modernization.

  • Data-based decision making: the ability to use data analytics to make informed decisions

  • Requirement Specification: skills in identifying, defining and validating business requirements.

  • Creating user stories: Ability to create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to manage the development team and ensure compliance with business requirements.
