Must have:

1. Ability to model using BPMN and UML
2. Ability to collect requirements and propose solutions
3. Ability to prepare implementation tasks in the form of User Story and Use Case
4. Ability to create and manage analytical documentation
5. Ability to estimate the time needed to complete tasks
6. Ability to coordinate issues among various design roles
7. Good knowledge of design tools (Enterprise Architect, Miro, Jira)
   
8. Experience in designing solutions/systems
