• min. 3 years of experience in the IT industry as a business analyst
• Experience and skills in developing business requirements, defining and modeling business processes
• Very good interpersonal skills, communication skills
• Ability to influence and build effective relationships with clients
• Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher
• Knowledge of UML2.* and BPMN2.0 modeling techniques
• Knowledge Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence
• Ability to independently organize and carry out tasks
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of the basics of SQL is welcome
