• Knowledge of SQL, UML, BPMN.
• Experience in working with multi-layer systems (frontend, backend, database) using various integration methods.
• Knowledge of market practices in the field of change management and software development processes.
• ERD and API design skills.
• Professional maturity, independence and attitude towards effective problem solving.
• Experience in setting requirements with stakeholders, moderating conversations, negotiating, and seeking compromises.
• Communicative knowledge of English (B2 and above).
• Experience in the development of e-commerce systems (especially the Magento platform).
