Business and System Analyst in AVENGA

One of our clients from the insurance industry needs a Business and System Analyst on board with approximately 2 years of experience in conducting analyses.

Location: hybrid work 2 days a week from the office, 3 days a week remotely.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Experience in independently conducting system analyses, knowledge of BPMN and UML notation.
• Experience in work related to the functional design of IT systems (requirements management, modeling business and system processes, designing integration with internal and external systems, developing requirements in the form of Use Cases or User Stories ( User Stories), data modeling at the logical and physical level, preparing mockups and screen prototypes).
• Practical knowledge of how to interface and integrate applications, data flow, characteristics of interfaces and integrations and connections, general knowledge of infrastructure elements, especially at the level of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, others).
• Knowledge of the Enterprise Architect tool.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools: JIRA and Confluence or related.
