Specialist in business analytics in FTP, TOV

The FTP company (a leading logistics operator) is expanding the team of the business analysis department, we invite you to cooperate with Business Analytics.  An education in the field of cybernetics, data analyst, business analyst will be an advantage.

Main duties:

Collection and analysis of requirements:

• Interaction with internal customers and stakeholders to determine business needs and project requirements.
• Development of documentation: technical tasks (TOR), user stories, process diagrams (BPMN, UML), specifications.   

Testing and implementation:

• Development of test cases to verify compliance of solutions with business requirements.
• Participation in testing, demonstration, training and implementation of finished products.

Analytics and reporting:

• Preparation of reports, metrics and recommendations for adoption management solutions.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Collection, processing and analysis of data:

• Use of data processing tools (SQL, Python, R, etc.) to analyze large sets of information.
• Automation of data collection and processing processes from various sources.

Data visualization:

• Creation interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools.
• Visualization of key indicators for monitoring business processes and project performance.

We appreciate the availability of expertise and knowledge:

• Advanced level of using MS Excel (VPR and other common formulas and functions, mergers, pivot tables) and other MS Office products.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data. 
• High level of analytical skills (discovering connections, finding sequences and converting them into rules).
• Experience in logistics (will be an advantage).

Working conditions:

• Full time, five-day work week. 
• Location: 83A Yuriy Illenka Street, Kyiv. 
• Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Lunch break lasts 1 hour. You can choose the lunch time yourself, when it is convenient for you, namely from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m.
