Hello!

My name is Vika , I am a recruiter of the CRMiUM company, one of the largest multi-system integrators of CRM and ERP systems in Ukraine . We help businesses automate to be more efficient and profitable. We are looking for a Business analyst for Zoho CRM implementation projects

You are our person if:

1. You have experience implementation and/or adjustment of HRM/CRM/ERP systems;

2. You understand business processes;

3. You know how to set tasks clearly and understandably;

4. Do you know what it is "service" to communicate with a customer;

5. English at the Upper Intermediate level.

What to do:

1. Collect and analyze the client's business requirements, design the optimal solution;

2. Configure CRM systems by means of the user;

3. Format and import data from xls, csv files;

4. Configure dashboards and reports in the built-in designer;

5. Test the configured functionality;

6. Accompany new and existing clients at the stages of implementation and use of CRM systems;

7. Conduct training or create instructions for working with the system for customers.

Working conditions:

1. Hourly rate based on project billing;

2. Hourly rates for analysts start at $10–12, depending on qualifications;

3. For a period of 6 months, we fix a guaranteed payment, its amount is determined based on the results of the interview;

4. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (to be in touch), the employee adjusts active working hours to his workload and prioritization;

5. Full remote;

6. Absence of micromanagement.
