What will you do?

* Increasing the efficiency of warehouse logistics business processes.

* Analyze and formalize the Customer's business requirements.

* Set technical tasks for software development.

* Interact with development teams at the implementation and testing stages.

* Implement/commission new technological solutions.

* Participate in the preparation of training materials on the implementation of new systems and processes.

* Participate in internal and external integration projects.

* Track and support implemented changes.

* Conduct performance analysis (including economic) of implemented solutions.

What do we expect?

* Experience with WMS / TMS class systems.

* Knowledge of the subject area: processes of transport and warehouse logistics, interaction with courier services.

* Experience in drafting requirements for software development.

* Experience with information systems integration projects.

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

* Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills.

* Knowledge of UML diagrams, business process modeling, understanding of SDLC.

* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Git.

* BA certification will be an advantage.
