We are looking for a professional business analyst with the skills of a project manager (middle) to join the team of the IT department of the Company — a national retailer. Functional responsibilities: Analysis / development of business requirements together with the customer, detailing, assessment of execution terms. Analysis, modeling and implementation of processes in systems automationOrganization and testing Organization and implementation of developments in productive environments, primary monitoring, error correction, optimization 3rd level support (user appeals, incident analysis, consultations) Creation of project documentation, project administration Requirements: Preferably higher technical and / or economic Work with design, modeling and execution of processes (formalized description of processes, business requirements, implementation of new processes) Knowledge of one or more standard process description notations (IDEF, BPMN 2.0 or others) Experience of using one or more applications for describing / modeling processes (Bizagi, Visio or others) Understanding building the architecture of programs / systems (incl.
