Currently, we are looking for a qualified specialist "WEB and APP Business Analyst" who shares our values ​​and wants to become part of our company. From adachi: collection, formalization and agreement of requirements with customers; analysis of requirements (application of various methodologies of annotations—prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors); control of the implementation of projects and compliance with deadlines; analysis of efficiency and generation of proposals for process optimization; documentation development; consultation of programmers and testers during product development, discussion of disputed points with the customer; meetings with the project team and the customer; development of conceptual solutions, writing technical specifications; preparation of presentations for management of customers. Requirements: you have 3 years of successful experience in a similar position; you are confident in BPMN and UML; you have experience working with JIRA, MSProject, as well as experience using Agile and Waterfall frameworks; you have UX/UI skills, experience working with Figma; have successful experience in writing user stories, understand the purpose of epic; experience with formalization and documentation of product requirements (business model, diagrams, low-level usage scenarios, visualized prototypes of user interfaces); understand the life cycle of software development; you have such qualities as the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them, work diligently with multitasking and proactivity.
