Agroplatform FERM announces the selection for the position of "Web business analyst". We are looking for highly qualified and goal-oriented specialists who want to join our team.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a WEB business analyst;
- experience in setting tasks for developers, practical skills in writing User Stories, Use Cases;
- li>
- ability to work in a team and focus on solving user problems and tasks;
- knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- understanding/knowledge of e-commerce processes, a complex of information systems - the Internet -stores;
- experience in retail, e-commerce, agriculture will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- interaction with internal customers, analysis and formalization of the customer's business requirements;
- participation in the automation of the company's business processes;
- planning of project work, drawing up a plan for the implementation of individual tasks;
- li>description of company processes taking into account system architecture using such techniques as process modeling, User Stories, Use Case;
- writing technical specifications for finalizing system tools and setting technical tasks for software development;
- reception from developers, testing and implementation of improvements;
- start-up support, as well as support of the life cycle of processes;
- writing instructions, conducting presentations and training on the implementation of functionality.
