< strong>Functional Responsibilities:

- Creation and systematization of documentation for product functionality with a detailed description of features and requirements.

- Assisting in the formation and evaluation of hypotheses with documentation of expected changes.

- Assistance in setting and monitoring the execution of front/backend tasks with process documentation.

- Assistance in improving UX/UI with documentation of proposed improvements.

- Making proposals to improve product/business metrics.

- Communication with related departments.

- Systematic monitoring of competitor products with documentation of identified competitive advantages.

- Monitoring product indicators.

- Assistance in the analysis of conversion funnels on the website in order to improve the conversion, with further documentation of the proposed changes.

- Analysis of business needs and setting of technical tasks for GA in development and customization tags in Google Tag Manager.

Our expectations from you:

- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Knowledge and understanding of the basics of business analysis (BABOK).

- Experience with APIs and web services.

- Skills in formulating high-level technical requirements for a software product .

- Experience in writing technical tasks for developers.

- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.

- Experience in prototyping user interfaces (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq etc.).

- High communication skills, clarity and accuracy in the transmission of information.

- Ability to plan the integration of services.

- Experience in writing user guides and technical specifications to the project.

- Experience working with a team of developers, designers, managers in a product company.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
