Weare developing ahigh-quality Leasing platform which isbeing used byB2B and B2C end customers. Responsibilities Own the Requirements Management Process within the Master ofCode Global product teams assigned inpartnership with other Business Analysts onthe team. This includes: Scope elicitation, and requirements management. Roadmap identification and features/backlog prioritization together with other Business Analysts, Product Manager, and other key stakeholders. Research, analysis, definition, and full documentation ofthe requirements, incl. creating necessary system diagrams, adetailed breakdown offunctional and nonfunctional requirements. Managing expectations ofthe Product Manager and other stakeholders providing product features ideas aswell asthe development team. Requirements must beprepared inthe format ready for the development and testing team toeasily and efficiently create estimates for the work tobedone. Consulting the team during the development and testing phases. Manage business flow inthe BPMN modeler tool Contribute tothe continuous improvement ofbusiness analysis practices used atMOCG aswell asother procedures within the company. Required background and skills 4+years ofsolid experience asaBusiness Analyst intheIT industry using Scrum. Experience inE-commerce, fintech, and automotive domains. Upper-Intermediate English level isamust. Strong knowledge and experience invarious business analysis activities across the entire software development life cycle aswell asdifferent delivery methodologies, requirements elicitation techniques, aswell asscope and risk management. System analytics skills CRM platform experience High flexibility toadapt tochanging stakeholders’ requirements but atthe same timeability tostructure, control, and prioritize the process. Experience using requirements management tools (atleast Confluence). Awareness ofthe latest UI/UX trends inweb and mobile development. Proficient inwriting functional and non-functional requirements. Modeling skills torepresent requirements information ingraphical form: BPMN orUMLdiagrams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Motivated byresearch, investigations, and learnings. Beready totravel onsite tothe Client for workshops and alignment when requested. (Europe inthe near future). Preferred/Nice tohave skills Experience inUX/UI prototyping Demonstrated direct working experience with stakeholders from Western Europe (France, DACH region) Proficiency inGerman/French languages will beaplus.
