Business analyst / System analyst of tax reporting according to the SAF-T UA standard in Lime Systems

We are actively developing and looking for a Business Analyst / System Analyst to strengthen our team and become a key expert in the field of tax reporting for standard SAF-TUA. This role is critical to the development and adaptation of our flagship Scrooge platform and related systems to new regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless compliance and efficiency for Lime Systems customers.

What you will do:

• Analysis and formalization of tax accounting and tax reporting requirements in accordance with the SAF-T UA standard, as well as other regulatory acts of the National Bank of Ukraine.
• Development of detailed technical tasks and functional specifications for the finalization of the Scrooge analytical system and other platform components taking into account the needs of SAF-T. requirements.
• Participation in testing, implementation and support of solutions for clients (banks and fintech companies), including data migration and system configuration.
• Consulting clients and internal teams on tax accounting, reporting and SAF-T functionality.
• Conducting presentations and negotiations with clients regarding tax reporting functionality and platform capabilities.

What we are we expect from you:

• In-depth knowledge of tax accounting and tax reporting in Ukrainian banks(key requirement).
• Experience of working as a business analyst / system analyst in the field of financial technologies or banking software from 3 years.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data, system thinking, ability to see the big picture and clearly formulate requirements and proposals tasks.
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and task management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• High communication and presentation skills, the ability to effectively negotiate with clients and stakeholders.

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and specifications of the new tax standard reporting SAF-T UA.
• Practical experience of working with ABS Scrooge/Scrooge-Analytics or other leading banking systems.
