So today we are looking for a system analyst/business analyst. How are you, our colleague? You have at least 5 years of experience as a system analyst, business analyst or project manager. Experience in retail, understanding of trade processes or experience in logistics processes preferred. It will be a plus - experience of working with the front and backend retail system, knowledge of trade processes, you have an understanding of the principles of integration between systems/data exchange, working with APIs, you have experience working with a development team, a full cycle from gathering requirements and setting tasks to testing, you have the basic concepts of key development methodologies Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, any helpdesk systems, skills with XML, JSON, business process modeling tools - BPMN, you have a higher education (technical, information technology, cybernetics) ready to work in the office. What will you work on? managing team projects - formation of resources, plans, execution control, resolution of disputed situations, you will deal with the description of business processes related to development projects, maintain technical and user documentation for the company's products, you will conduct an analysis of current processes in order to identify bottlenecks and develop proposals for optimization, innovation and simply "chips" "to take part in the development of the company's own software product, in the formation of technical tasks, development testing, to collect requirements and problems in business, to deal with technical support of users.
