Business Analyst / System Analyst in Fin.do

Fin.do is available in over 200 countries, supporting all major currencies, and expanding rapidly to new regions.Who you are:- You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- You possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.- You have a deep understanding of technology and its application in business environments.- System analyst owning DoR in JIRA tasks for BE, FE, and mobile developers, troubleshooting the system and closely working with QAs to ensure full scenario coverage - Business analyst facilitating high-level business flow analysis and closely working with product owners for the UI/UX flow on mobile and the web. - Data analyst using statistics as a source of new requirements for system improvement. - Communication with new and existing payment providers regarding new integrations. Strong fintech domain knowledge is highly appreciated along with dependency management and profound communication skills. This is a wonderful opportunity to improve and combine both types of thinking, technical and business level ones. Responsibilities· Clarify and document business/technical requirements and e2e business flows;· Help to establish optimal processes of software delivery (DoR, DoD) – full accompaniment of SDLC, dependency management;· Collaborate with the team to come up with optimal technical solutions;· Create/maintain JIRA tasks;· Work with an architect on system enhancement requirements and strategy;· Release coordination;· Take ownership of system quality and standards adherence;· Pre-analysis and planning of future integrations. We require· 5+ years as a System/Business analyst;· Fluent/advanced English, excellent communication;· Requirements elicitation from different stakeholder groups/types;· Proficiency in fintech and/or e-commerce domains;· Business flow diagram drawing;· Preparing dev tasks, technical design documents, and field mappings;· Solid understanding of technology (e.g. XML and json file structures, APIs, Kafka, FE, databases, etc.), knowledge of SQL and databases;· JIRA, Confluence, LucidChart / Miro, etc.· Exceptional communication abilities are a must;· Project management experience would be useful;· Demonstrated capability to pivot between multiple workstreams will be crucial.
