Business Analyst (Supply Chain) in Comfy

We are looking for a business analyst with experience in ERP systems and Supply Chain processes to join our team, which is currently in the process of implementing a new Supply Chain process management system, which will allow us to strengthen our leading positions on the Ukrainian market.

What we expect from you:

Experience in a similar position from 2 years.

Experience in ERP Supply Chain systems: system development and support.

Experience in analysis and assessment of business requirements necessary for Supply Chain systems.

Experience in business process modeling (BPMN).

Ability to query a database in SQL (MS SQL SERVER or Oracle).

Ability to effectively communicate with business users , customers and developers

Will be a plus:

Understanding Agile methodology.

Experience with UML.

Experience with Kafka.

Experience with Postman (HTTP requests) and understanding of REST.

Experience with NoSQL.

Knowledge and understanding of one or more programming languages ​​(not at a professional level).

Experience with the JDA/BY inventory forecasting system.

You will:

Manage the discovery and improvement of Supply Chain processes (forecasting, purchasing, distribution, returns, exchange with suppliers and others).

Create technical documentation of existing and new Supply Chain processes.

Create documentation for business users

Collect and describe customer business requirements .

Communicate and accompany the process at all stages of development within the team, with business users, customers and developers.

Set tasks for developers.

Design works from modules systems (ERP Supply Chain) and API (REST).

Optimize and increase operational efficiency of Supply Chain processes.

Perform acceptance testing.
