Business Analyst (Software Development) in Avtologistika

Main responsibilities:

• Formalization and description of business requirements for software / services / products
• Participation in software implementations / updates
• Formation of technical tasks regarding updates for vendors or their development teams
• Functionality testing, user training and coordination of functionality implementation
• Writing technical documentation, if necessary — participation in the preparation of user training

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Work experience in business analytics at least 3 years
• Experience in describing business models and maps business processes
• High level of communication skills in all forms of communication, including presentation, consultation and negotiation, team player, organization and personal responsibility, courtesy
• Skills in communication and interaction with different groups of people (customers, team and other stakeholders).
• Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools

Will a plus

• In-depth knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
• Experience in logistics, IT or a similar field.
• Confident use of tools: Jira, Confluence, Gitlab
• Project management skills
