SE Medical Procurement of Ukraine is looking for Business analyst (SAP SF).

Main areas of responsibility:

• Communication with business process owners and minutes of these meetings;
• Collection of documentation;
• Participation in preliminary design, development, testing and acceptance of the final product;
• Cooperation both with MZU stakeholders and with the team of ERP integrators;
• Preparation of results and conducting presentations;
• Conducting a final review and obtaining approval of the results from all stakeholders;
• Providing support to users after release, creating instructions and conducting training;
• Constant expansion of functionality for end users;
• Working with SAP integration capabilities (BTP/API).

• you have an understanding of business processes and their modeling;
• able to collect, analyze and interpret data to identify needs and problems; formulate business requirements and develop functional models;
• you know the methods and tools of business analytics, the main concepts and methodologies of systemic business analysis;
• you have experience working with HR systems
• you can effectively interact with business users to collect and clarify requirements, you know how to identify key problems in business processes and offer effective solutions to solve them;
• you think strategically and understand how business processes affect the company's strategic goals.

Musthave for a future colleague (qualification requirements):

Experience: minimum 3 years of HR experience systems

Knowledge: deep understanding of procurement and supply management processes. Knowledge of basic concepts and methodologies of systemic business analysis.

Technologies: Knowledge of SAP BTP will be an advantage.

Education: higher education in the field of information technology, business analysis or a related field. Relevant certificates and qualifications will be an advantage.
