Responsibilities: Communication with the customer togather and understand requirements and customer needs; Processing and preparing technical documents; Participate actively indiscovery and other sessions that are required tocomplete the Business Analysis phase ofthe project; Aproactive stance tohelp pre-sales complete proposals and win opportunities Understand business problems, critically evaluating business ideas from acustomer and acommercial point ofview; Facilitating requirement discussions with key stakeholders toensure decisions are made and understood byall; Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices through continuous learning and certifications. Requirements: Experience asaBusiness Analyst focusing onCRM systems projects (Salesforce, Dynamics, Netsuite, SAP, Sage, Hubspot); 2+years ofrelevant and progressiveBA professional experience; Experience with discovery phases; Ability togather requirements from stakeholders; Experience indocumenting requirements; Ability torepresent aworkflow orprocess with the diagram; Wireframing skills; Great analytics skills; Good communication and presentation skills, ability towork asateam player; Skilled incritical thinking and problem-solving; Understanding ofSDLC and agile development processes; English— Upper Intermediate level orhigher, both verbal and written. Will BeaPlus: BAcertification; Understanding what’s possible within the Salesforce platform; Ability tocontribute tochanging management efforts tofacilitate asmooth transition toSalesforce solutions; Salesforce Certification. ‍
