What we offer specifically for this role:

• maximum involvement in the development of the dedicated Ride-hailing strategic direction, through which more than 4 million trips are made per month
• participate in the development of the Rider App mobile application, which has been downloaded by more than 17 million users on two platforms - iOS, Android
• the ability to pump the product skillset through full-fledged work with a dedicated feature
• the presence of transparent and understandable inter-team interaction processes - from onboarding to quarterly planning processes < br/>• development of a product that competes on an equal footing with well-known global brands and is a national market leader
• participate in research, experiments and interviews with end users
• make decisions based on the received analytical data from the Data Science team
• constant contact with stakeholders for continuous product improvement
• lack of bureaucracy and high decision-making speed

How exactly you can influence the development of the company:

• identify and analyze business requirements
• analyze and coordinate business requirements with the business team < br/>• describe functionality
• form TOR for new functionality, set tasks for developers
• present tasks to developers (with their protection)
• accompany requirements throughout the life cycle (close work with development teams, testing, design)
• develop documentation
• analyze competitors' work
• test hypotheses, analyze results

Challenges for three months:
• building quality communication (interaction with the team/stakeholders)
• presentation and defense of tasks (grooming)
• planning the download of the software development team
• demonstration of the developed functionality
• achievement of planned results according to priorities
• full development of the initiative within the limits of the full cycle of software development

To achieve resultsiv, you will need:

• experience in the role of Business Analyst from the 1st year
• understanding of the full cycle of software development
• experience in working with cross-team integration tasks
• participation in the development/improvement of information systems and web interfaces and mobile applications
• skills of research and analysis of user needs
• understanding of the user testing process
• understanding of data driven approaches in decision-making
• experience working with product metrics will be a plus

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
