• Formalization of software requirements and process documentation.

What you need:

• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of basic management principles.
• Understanding retail processes.
• Experience in drafting requirements for software development.
• Experience in training users and writing user documentation.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of information systems integration.

A plus will be:

• Understanding of assortment and inventory management processes.
• Implementation of ERP.
• Knowledge of basic software development methodologies.
• Mastery of business process modeling techniques (ARIS / IDEF0 / BPMN / UML).\
