Business analyst (remote) in EZdorovya

eZdorovya is an IT enterprise responsible for the development and implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine from the electronic health care system eHealth - the reform of medicine. The key task of eZdorovya is to build a stable electronic health care system and create conditions for the development of a free and competitive IT market services in medicine, ensure interaction with the central eHealth database. In connection with the expansion, we are increasing the BA team by 2 specialists. eHealth business processes; Analysis of collected information in order to determine functional and non-functional requirements for projects; Formation of the necessary architecture of project modules, development of the database structure and its approval with technical specialists; Development of UAT strategies; Formation of technical terms of reference for the development of eHealth projects; Participation in consultations with IT developers of the functionality; Provision of consultations to stakeholders and interested parties regarding the developed technical documentation; Preparation of periodic reports on the status of project implementation; Consultation on the features of the functionality of the projects; Assistance in the formation of the project backlog; Consultations on the technical aspects of the integration of project modules with the electronic healthcare system ; Recommendations regarding the development of interaction mechanisms between other projects and the electronic health care system; Adherence to existing SDLC requirements and technical documentation development deadlines, making proposals for improving SDLC processes. Necessary skills: 3 years of work experience in the field of business analysis of IT projects; understanding of the software development process (SDLC); experience in writing technical specifications (technical tasks or SRS) for IT projects; ability to model business processes (UML, BPMN) and identify problems; experience in working with task management systems (JIRA, Redmine, Git) and maintaining documentation (Confluence); knowledge of the English language within the limits that allows: to read and understand technical documentation; to form technical specifications for IT specialists; to translate the necessary parts of the documentation from the Ukrainian language. world standards and changes the health care system in UkraineExperience of working with the largest projects in UkraineWorking in a friendly and professional teamPossibilities of professional growthFree study of English with a company teacherOfficial employment and guarantees according to the Labor CodePossibility of remote workWork schedule 5/2
