The role involves ensuring communication between development teams and Product Owners, translating technical details into specific requirements, as well as working with pre-sale (collection of initial requirements, development of project vision and documentation) font-weight: 400">Project activity:
- Ensure effective communication between developers, Product Owner and business stakeholders;
- Decompose high-level product initiatives into clear user stories, process diagrams and data models, covering both functional and non-functional requirements;
- Ensure traceability between business goals, user needs and technical solutions;
- Ensure requirements are realistic, testable and consistent with system architecture;
- Work closely with Product Owner to refine backlog, ensuring readiness stories to the sprint, clarifying scope, dependencies and assumptions, as well as facilitating meetings to discuss requirements;
- Provide requirements clarification to developers during implementation;
- Support UAT by validating results against acceptance criteria.
Involvement in the company's processes (pre-sale):
- Work closely with potential customers to collect initial requirements, analyze ideas, propose solutions and form a project vision;
- Prepare clear and structured documentation: feature lists, SRS, etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the software development industry as a Business Analyst with foreign customers;
- Experience in gathering and analyzing initial requirements from stakeholders and project vision formation;
- Deep knowledge of business analysis techniques;
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle and requirements life cycle;
- Experience of creating technical documentation (feature lists, SRS, epics, user stories, etc.);
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies;
- Experience of working with Jira and Confluence;
- Developed planning, organization and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills to work with clients and the development team;
- Fluency in spoken and written English for communication and documentation.
Will be a plus:
- UX skills (user research, wireframing, prototyping);
- Knowledge of Figma or othersx prototyping tools;
- Experience of participating in pre-sale activities;
- Ability to identify risks and dependencies that may affect implementation deadlines and results;
- Knowledge of UML and practical experience in its use.
