Currently, we invite to our team a business process management analyst
Main duties:
Analysis and description of business processes:
- Gathering information by conducting interviews with key employees.
- Documentation of business processes including all stages, roles, tools and systems used. Creation of diagrams in BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Verification of the described processes with responsible employees.
Building a map of business processes:
- Participation in the development and maintenance of a single map of the company's business processes.
- Determining points of interaction between processes and divisions.
Optimization processes:
- Identification of bottlenecks, duplication of tasks and inefficient steps.
- Development of recommendations to improve processes.
Preparation for automation:
- Identification of processes that need automation.
- Collaboration with the IT department for implementation automation.
Training and implementation of changes:
- Participation in the development of documentation, instructions and methods of working with business processes.
- Organization of trainings for employees on new approaches and tools.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes, defining KPIs for evaluation of results.
Process management support:
- Building a system for regularly updating the description of business processes.
- Participation in the development of strategies for the further development of process management.
Requirements:
Education: Higher education in economics, management or business analysts.
in BPMN 2.0 notation, confirmed by work examples.
Experience in conducting interviews with managers and employees of various departments for detailed documentation and analysis of their functions and processes.Experience in identifying bottlenecks, eliminating inefficiencies and developing proposals for optimization.Experience in working with process modeling tools (Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio or similar). Knowledge and skills:
- Deep understanding of methodologies for describing and optimizing business processes.
- High level of analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Teamwork skills. The ability to plan work, control deadlines and the effectiveness of tasks.
- The ability to competently build a dialogue with employees at all levels of the company, to explain complex processes in simple language.
- Experience in conducting training events and developing instructions for employees.

- Communicability. The ability to build trusting relationships and create a comfortable atmosphere in a team.
- Attention to details.
- High level of responsibility and the ability to work autonomously (independently search for solutions to problems).
