Conducting pre-project studies of the customer's company and analysis of potential works on the project; Participation in the formation of project cost estimates; Compilation of the plan-schedule of work on the project and control of its compliance; Organization and communication with the customer at all stages of project implementation; Support of all stages of project implementation by the appropriate project documentation; Informational preparation for meetings with the customer; Research and documentation of business processes at the customer's enterprise; Modeling of the customer's business processes in the system and analysis of compliance of the system's functionality with the customer's business processes; Conducting a demonstration of the system in front of the customer and agreeing on the need to customize the system to the needs of the customer's business ; Creation of technical tasks for developers in order to supplement the functionality of the system in accordance with the needs of the customer's business; Control of the system customization process by developers; Testing of the developed functionality; Conducting demonstrations of the system's operation for the customer's team; Training of the customer's business employees to work in the system; creation of training materials and user instructions; Informational support of the customer's business employees regarding the use of the system; Management of further processes of adjustment or making changes to the system at the customer's enterprise.
