Business Analyst/ Project Manager in Gearheart

Gearheart is a technology company specializing in web application development for both startups and established businesses. We currently have 45 employees and we continue to grow rapidly. We strive to constantly increase our expertise and develop in working on complex projects that we create from scratch for clients around the world. At this stage, we want to strengthen our Business Analyst/ Project Manager team. Actions and expected work results: First of all, we are looking for a Business Analyst, with the desire to work not only with requirements, but also to effectively manage development processes and a team (up to 5-7 people). Our candidate may not have experience in project management, so we are ready to provide him with all the necessary support and mentoring along the way. Also important are: - the ability not only to record what the customer says, but to understand in detail what he and the users actually need and offer solutions that will be better than the customer imagined; - accept other people's ideas when they are better; - understand technical and budgetary limitations, propose solutions taking them into account, avoid contradictions with existing functionality; - succinctly and clearly document solutions. ВGearheart Business Analyst/ Project Manager a person who: - directly communicates with the customer, finds out and forms the requirements, discusses them with the team and takes responsibility for implementation; - is confident in the correctness of the requirements, by checking them with the participation of various interested parties and ensuring their compliance with business needs; - manages the team, planning project tasks: develops realistic and achievable project schedules and constantly monitors their implementation. - manages the project budget, taking into account resource costs, commitments and cost forecasting; - is able to respond effectively to changes in project requirements and the business environment; - offers new ideas and methods to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the product; - has a basic understanding of DataBase - how it is organized and how it works; - understands the basic principles of technologies and architectures used in the project for effective communication with technical teams; Requirements: English - B2+/ C1. Experience in the construction of roadmaps, charts and reports for visualization and project management. Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Ability to use project management tools and wiki-systems to organize and document information. High communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders .Data visualization skills to build mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.Experience with specialized data analysis tools to collect, process, and visualize information.Delight and experience working in data-intensive industries such as the financial sector or e-commerce.We offer: Full remote and the ability to independently organize the work process.
